This map of midtown Phoenix 2018 was created to show retail opportunities and the multifamily near them. The map itself was stitched together in Photoshop from twenty individual images from Google Earth. This technique gives the map incredible resolution and individual parking spaces can be discerned in some lots. The map was created using Google Earth, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
