This brochure was created for a client that was not happy with any of the previous templated brochures. As an example the client provided an Offering Memorandum for a high-rise in Downtown Dallas, TX. Taking their example and Land Advisors branding & content I was able to produce a piece that the both the client and Land Advisors was happy with. Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign were used to create the brochure.
